6six Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 6six ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at https://6six.lat and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and related services.

Your continued use of the 6six platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. The effective date of the current version is stated at the top of this document.

These Terms are written in English and the English version shall govern in all respects. Any translation provided for convenience does not have legal force and shall not be relied upon to interpret or construe these Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 6six.

To be eligible to open and maintain an account with 6six, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies regardless of any differing local age thresholds.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name, not on behalf of any third party or corporate entity.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online betting or casino gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by 6six for any breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or close family member of any employee, director, officer, or agent of 6six or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are of full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

6six reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. This may include a government-issued national ID card, passport, or birth certificate. Accounts where age verification has not been completed will be restricted from making withdrawals until the verification process is finalised to the satisfaction of 6six compliance personnel.

Each person may register only one (1) account with 6six. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device fingerprints — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 6six uses automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts, and all accounts found to be duplicates are subject to immediate closure, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information. You must keep your registration details up to date at all times. 6six will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player, including failed withdrawals resulting from incorrectly registered mobile banking details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your 6six account. You agree to:

• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members and friends.
• Select a strong, unique password not used on any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Bangladeshi mobile number where offered.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify 6six immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

6six will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to an account where the player failed to maintain adequate password security or shared their credentials with a third party. All bets and transactions placed via a verified account are considered to have been authorised by the registered account holder.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. KYC documents may include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card or passport), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account registration confirming name match). Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation will result in withdrawal delays or account suspension pending compliance review.

6six accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). 6six does not apply hidden currency conversion charges to BDT transactions.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard at all times. 6six reserves the right to modify transaction limits with reasonable notice to players.

Deposits are credited to your 6six account balance as soon as the corresponding payment confirmation is received from the relevant payment processor. In the event of any delay, players should contact support at [email protected] with proof of the completed transaction.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and fraudulent fund routing. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC identity verification must be completed and approved before the first withdrawal is released.
• Withdrawal requests submitted within the standard processing window will be dispatched within the timeframe indicated in the cashier section, which is generally one (1) to three (3) business days for bank-linked methods and same-day for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), subject to network availability.
• 6six reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend the processing time. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.
• Withdrawals will only be made to accounts or payment instruments registered in the same legal name as the 6six player account.
• 6six will not process withdrawal requests to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

You must only deposit funds from payment instruments that are legally registered in your own name. Any deposit made from a payment account registered to a third party will be returned (minus any applicable payment processor fees) and may trigger an account compliance review.

All bets and wagers placed on the 6six platform are governed by these Terms as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published in the relevant section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between sport-specific rules and these general Terms, the sport-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that specific bet or game round.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 6six system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. It is the player's responsibility to verify all bet details — including the selection, stake, and odds — before confirming the wager. 6six will not reverse confirmed bets on the grounds of player error.

Odds and game outcomes are determined by the relevant underlying sporting event or by a certified random number generator (RNG), as applicable. 6six does not manipulate odds or game outcomes in any way. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot and casino games are as certified by the respective game provider and are available in the game information panel for each title.

6six reserves the right to void or suspend any bet or game round in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed on an event or market that was offered in error (including obvious pricing errors that deviate materially from true market prices).
• A technical error, system fault, or software malfunction affected the outcome of the bet or game round.
• There is reasonable evidence that the bet was placed in bad faith, using insider information, or as part of a coordinated match-fixing scheme.
• The relevant sporting event was abandoned, postponed, or significantly altered in a manner that renders the original betting market void under the applicable sport-specific rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a live casino session, the relevant game round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account balance. Partial payouts will not be made for incomplete game rounds. The decision of 6six on all disputed game outcomes is final, subject to the complaints procedure outlined in Section 14.

6six offers various bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds promotions, reload offers, and seasonal promotions (including promotions tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and the T20 World Cup) from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to individual promotional terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer and must be read in full before opting in.

General bonus terms applicable to all 6six promotions include:

• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the end of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• 6six reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify wagering requirements, or cancel promotional terms at any time with reasonable notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to neutralise risk, exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting, or using bonus funds in violation of game restrictions — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

6six reserves the right to reclaim any bonus amount — and any winnings generated from that bonus — if the company determines, in its reasonable judgement, that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, in violation of these Terms, or through any form of bonus abuse. Players who disagree with a bonus decision may raise a formal dispute as described in Section 14.

6six is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all aspects of the platform. As part of this commitment, 6six provides the following player-protection tools, all of which are accessible free of charge directly from your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your 6six account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Define the maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a specified period. Once the limit is reached, further betting is suspended for the remainder of that period.
• Session time reminders: Configure notifications to alert you when you have been logged in and actively playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) to step back from gambling without permanently closing your account.

By accepting these Terms, you agree not to attempt to circumvent any responsible gaming restriction applied to your account, including by opening a new account or using a family member's account during a self-exclusion period. Any such circumvention is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 6six platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may result in legal action being taken against the responsible party:

• Opening or operating more than one account, regardless of the name, email address, device, or payment method used.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21 years.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to place bets, interact with game interfaces, or harvest information from the platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or use of insider information in connection with bets placed on sporting events.
• Colluding with other players during live poker, live game shows, or any other multiplayer game mode.
• Using the 6six platform to launder money or to process transactions connected to illegal activities.
• Attempting to hack, penetrate, stress-test, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the 6six platform.
• Reselling or transferring account balances or bonus credits to third parties.

All content on the 6six platform — including but not limited to the 6six brand name and logo, website design, graphic elements, typography, software code, game interfaces, marketing copy, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 6six or its licensed content providers and game studios, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 6six platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any element of the 6six platform without the prior written consent of 6six.

Game titles and associated graphics, sounds, and mechanics are the intellectual property of their respective game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others) and are licensed to 6six for display on the platform. No rights in game content are transferred to players.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6six, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

The 6six platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 6six makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous and uninterrupted service, the Company does not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, bugs, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.

6six shall not be liable for any losses resulting from:

• Interruptions to internet connectivity on the player's end, including packet loss, latency spikes, or complete disconnection during a live bet or casino game round.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, government-ordered service disruptions, or failures of third-party telecommunications infrastructure.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to maintain adequate password security.
• Errors in odds or market pricing that were obvious and were corrected promptly upon discovery.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to the player's chosen payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard) rather than to 6six internal systems.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 6six's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.

6six takes the privacy and security of player data seriously. The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal information is governed by the 6six Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how your data is handled.

By registering an account with 6six, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and the delivery of promotional communications (where you have opted in to receive them).

All personal data held by 6six is stored securely using 256-bit SSL encryption at rest and in transit. 6six will never sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third parties where required for payment processing, fraud detection, KYC verification, or compliance with applicable law.

You may close your 6six account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, 6six will process the closure within a reasonable timeframe. Any funds remaining in your account balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and the absence of any outstanding wagering obligations attached to bonus funds.

6six reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy — applicable fees and notice periods are stated in the cashier section).

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, 6six reserves the right to retain any funds in the account as compensation for losses and damages incurred by the company as a result of the breach, in addition to pursuing any other remedies available at law.

6six reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where the proposed changes are material — meaning they significantly alter the rights or obligations of players — 6six will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via a prominent notice on the platform and/or by email to the registered address on the player's account.

Changes that are non-material (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or minor restructuring that does not alter substantive rights) may take effect immediately upon publication. The effective date displayed at the top of this document will be updated accordingly.

Your continued use of the 6six platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal complaints process, you may seek independent dispute resolution through any external body or mediation service available to you in your jurisdiction. 6six is committed to engaging in good faith with any legitimate dispute resolution process.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the 6six platform. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
